Questions
What happens if I go over my event quota?
Once a project hits its plan's monthly event quota, new events are rejected (a plain HTTP 429) until the quota resets at the start of the next monthly period. Nothing already stored is affected, and there's no surprise overage bill: you either stay within your quota or upgrade to a plan with a higher one.
How does data retention work?
Events older than your plan's retention window are permanently deleted every night, and any issue left with zero remaining events is removed along with them. Upgrading extends the window going forward, but it doesn't bring back events already purged under a shorter one.
Is there a limit on projects or issues?
No. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited organizations, projects, and issues. The only usage limits are events per month and how long events are retained.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your organization's Billing page. Plan changes are handled through Stripe Checkout, no need to open a support ticket.
Does the Free plan include SSO?
SSO (SAML or OpenID Connect) is a Business-plan feature. Free and Pro organizations sign in with email/password (or an invited teammate's own account) instead.
Why does Free only get email alerts?
Every plan gets every trigger (new issue, regression, spike, missed heartbeat) -- what differs is where those alerts can go. Slack and webhook delivery cost this app nothing extra to send, so they're included from Pro up. SMS and voice calls are a real per-message charge on our end regardless of who's sending them, so those two are reserved for Business.
